Responsibilities:

• Host open houses and other events
• Negotiate agreements and contracts
• Show properties to prospective buyers
• Verify and disclose property facts to customers
• Educate customers on basic real estate procedures
• List and sell residential and/or commercial real estate
• Network with prospects, contacts, and past customers
• Prepare market analyses to help determine property value

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong negotiation skills
• Real estate-related experience
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Active real estate license in Florida or Alabama
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills​​​​
