Full description of the position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service information.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to the right team
  • New order emails enter in the POS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
