• Leasing Consultants Looking for Growth Opportunity!

Are you looking for a great opportunity? Hawthorne Living LLC is a rising property management firm and is looking for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic leasing consultant with experience in the property management industry to assist in all operational and financial aspects of our newly acquired 434 unit property in Central Islip, NY.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Brand recognition and online reputation.
• All aspects of leasing including; generating new leads, touring prospective residents, converting prospects into new leases.
• Creating, and distributing approved marketing material for new prospects, existing residents and local merchants.
• Accurately process new lease applications, generate leases for new residents and lease renewals for existing residents.
• Work with the maintenance team on daily service calls; scheduling and complete follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Full Leasing Reporting
• Compliance with Affirmative Fair Housing regulations.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on-site leasing
• Self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in property management software, report writing, excel, and word
• Customer service skills and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
