What you do-

Territory Managers are responsible for generating sales through independent and local regional retailers in the assigned geography. This is a remote position with daily travel within the sales territory, some overnights monthly.

Responsibilities include:

· Product presentations to retail buyer

· Sell thru analysis and negotiate order replenishment with buyer

· Ensure and improve store product presentations through merchandising, display, and secondary exposure opportunities. Including digital presentation- social to store philosophy.

· Maximize advertising opportunities within Company Co-op and Advertising Guidelines.

· Train retail associates on products and programs

· Respond and assist in resolving retailer concerns

· Assist in Credit/Collections in resolving outstanding retailer balances

· Drive sales to achieve targets within territory through development of existing retail partners and through prospecting of new retail opportunities.

Requirements-

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and a minimum of three years’ experience in the jewelry / watch industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft products: Excel, Word, and Power Point. Must have the ability to learn computer software.

Valid driver’s license required. Must have effective transportation to travel within territory.
