SUMMARY
Develop, implement, oversee and evaluate sales strategies, processes and tools as they pertain to product planning, pricing, supply & demand control, sales promotion, in collaboration with aftersales team as well as related front-line sales activities of the Hino commercial trucks products in the Caribbean region with the aim of realizing the best purchasing and ownership experience while achieving set sales, share and financial targets and promoting organizational learning & development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the planning of annual sales and market share targets for Hino products in the Caribbean region.
- Responsible for the financial objectives through accurate forecasting, budgeting, expense control and variance analysis.
- Identifying current and future regional product requirements through localized market and customer analysis.
- Responsible for providing regional price studies in line with sales, shares, and financial targets.
- Support with special pricing related to fleet and corporate sales.
- Prepare regional marketing plans and ADSP materials with a focus on achieving sales, share and financial targets.
- Responsible for Supply and demand controls to achieve manufacturer agreed to order levels while maintaining healthy local inventory levels and achieve sales growth.
- Key player in establishing and maintaining relationship & direction with stakeholders (Toyota Tsusho Corporation, manufacturers, distributors, and dealers by organizing conferences, CRU's, making periodic visits, understanding specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
- Analyze and report on KPI’s to management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to assist and conduct any support activities.
- Develop, monitor, and provide periodic updates on all SOP’s.
- Training, development and evaluation of dealer network sales and marketing team.
SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in related business field. 5-10 years of experience in related (automotive) commercial truck field.
TRAVEL
Available to travel up to 40% Domestic and International.
