Full description of the position

Marmol Export USA is a distinguished distributor of high-end natural stone and porcelain with over 30 years of experience and two locations in Southern California. We specialize in stocking luxury tiles and slabs, offering architectural solutions for high-end residential projects.

We are currently seeking experienced professional sales representatives focused on high end residential market to work from our Anaheim location. The ideal candidates must be energetic, passionate about design, possess professional sales experience selling natural stone or tile to the residential markets, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop a portfolio of potential customers.
• Attract new customers and prospects by attending the showroom.
• Conduct "Cold Calls" to potential customers using sales tools and scripts.
• Analyze customer needs and make compelling presentations to establish lasting relationships.
• Provide expert advice to clients on product specifications related to their needs.
• Follow company processes and prepare sales documents to close deals.
• Generate regular reports on activity, estimate the purchasing potential of each customer, and report to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in professional sales with focus on the residential market, specifically selling natural stone or tile to interior designers,contractors, or other trades.
• Strong interest in the interior design trade.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, and basic computer skills.
• Available to work Saturdays on a rotational basis, as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed minimum draw of 50k against commission.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
