Full description of the position

  • We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager for our growing Multi-Point Highline Dealership!

Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of automotive sales experience including a minimum of 1 year as a Finance Manager. Highline Vehicle appraising, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, and VAuto experience are all desired . Basic Computer skills are a must! You will be responsible for the operations and profitability of the New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments, including Finance . Ensure customer retention and profitability by hiring, training, and ensuring the performance of Sales Professionals and establishing customer-focused sales standards. Additionally, our team members are our most valuable asset. As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to assist Sales Consultants with customer transactions.

This is a six figure position and we are ONLY looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive industry, an impeccable reputation and commitment to customer service at the hightest level.

  • Be a Leader!
  • Set the pace & provide focus for your sales team.
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.

  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
  • Facilitate regular sales training for continuous team growth.
