As a Solar Sales Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference by introducing homeowners to the benefits of solar energy. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships with customers and have a passion for sales.

In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads on solar installations while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. You'll have the freedom to work independently and manage your time effectively while utilizing your persuasive sales techniques to convince homeowners to make the switch to solar energy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and commercial properties to generate leads for solar energy solutions
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and how our products can meet their needs
• Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and recommend the best solar solution for their home or business
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation
• Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques

Compensation:

• Commission Based + Bonuses
• Average earnings for renewable energy consultants fall between 52K - 132K/ year
• Offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus distributed over 90 days with each sale (up to 9 sales).
• Open to providing health benefits ($6,000 per year package) after 90 days, along with an annual salary of approximately $14,000.
• W2 position with health benefits and annual stipend available.

Qualifications:

• Looking for salespeople with a history of 100% commission jobs and experience selling solar (minimum 40 installs per year).
• Experienced D2D canvassers with a proven track record of setting and closing their own appointments.
• Seeking candidates who are skilled in door-to-door canvassing and appointment setting.
• Ability to independently close deals and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in using Sales Rabbit and the company CRM for effective territory management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for door-to-door activities.

Pay: $86,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
