GENERAL SUMMARY:
Payment Alliance International is seeking a District Account Representative to grow our Small Retail Placement Sales Channel. This position oversees the full customer experience for the district in addition to driving and expanding business. The individual will need to be entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office. You will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and you must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Quarterly site visit to existing customers in portfolio of approximately 400
- Preventative maintenance on ATMs
- Respond to service calls for ATMs
- Gather data and actively listen to prospective and existing clients by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, identify needs, and communicate company value propositions that support those needs
- Think strategically to create and deliver solutions that provide value to clients’ bottom line
- Drive revenue by effectively addressing the client's business needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Become a subject matter expert by acquiring ongoing marketplace intelligence by researching trends and best practices; reading business publications; seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales or route experience preferred but not required. Your history is not as important as the attitude, ability, and the performance you bring with you to the table
- Ability and willingness to travel between 5% - 10% annually
- Expertise with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling is a plus
- ATM knowledge or experience is a plus
- Valid driver license and clean driving record required
- Age 23 or older
COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

EFFORT:
Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Daily contact with management. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor. Lifting of 50 pounds or less, which can be accommodated.
