Position Title: Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Position Type: Full Time
Hours: 9:00-5:00
Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 annual base with added bonuses

Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Our client, an established Independent Agency, is expanding their Middle Market Commercial Lines business and is seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible to handle a generalist book made up of middle market accounts. This position is fully remote in California.

Responsibilities
The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including but not limited to; customer service, administration and sales. The position requires experience managing both small and large commercial accounts and a strong understanding of the underwriting process including new and renewal business.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent industry experience
  • Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
  • Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent technical/analytical skills
  • Detail oriented as must.

Salary/Benefits
