The Enterprise Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the primary account representative to manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships. The Enterprise Sales Administrator contributes to our growth in mid-market and enterprise accounts, maintaining trusted relationships with external customers and/or vendors. This is a ground floor opportunity to work with renowned companies like Samsara, Samsung, Apple, and Zebra in deploying mobile solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or 5 years experience in account management, business account support, retail sales or high-level customer service
2. Knowledge of mobile technology preferred
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
4. Experience utilizing a CRM/ticketing/ERP systems and/or ability to learn quickly
5. Extremely organized with excellent prioritizations skills
6. Independent mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
7. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Essential Position Functions
1. Support a highly successful sales representative manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships by
a. Ensuring all necessary information needed for orders and quotes is gathered from customer
b. Documenting customer interactions and meetings within CRM/ticketing/ERP systems
c. Assisting with onboarding new customers, working with sales representative and project management team
d. Managing the Special Pricing Agreement with vendors by tracking and monitoring the expiration date and pricing adjustments/ renegotiations due to changes in quantity
2. Manage sales quoting process by:
a. Entering quotes in quote management software and send quotes to customers
b. Monitoring unclosed quotes and communicate with customers on pending items or questions
c. Following up with customers after quote has been sent to ensure receipt and answer questions
3. Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and seize new business opportunities.
4. Partner with marketing team to create, produce and purchase any marketing materials needed to send to customers and/or bring to business conferences
Secondary Position Functions
Attends meetings, trainings, or assists with other projects as assigned by the VP of Business Development.

This position has frequent interruptions with occasional deadlines. A variety of interactions required. In addition, these are the physical demands of the Frequently is defined as 1/3 - 2/3 of an 8-hour day; continuously is defined as 2/3 - 3/3 of an 8-hour day.)
Standing -- Occasionally (1/2 - 1 hour in an 8-hour shift), while walking to the copier, sending faxes, walking to pick up necessary supplies, walking to meetings.
Lifting and/or Carrying -- Occasionally, while carrying office supplies and equipment. In general, occasionally lifts and carries items from 5 - 10 lb.
Stooping/Bending/Crouching -- Occasionally, while picking up items off the floor, and while getting into lower cabinets and drawers.
Kneeling -- Occasionally, while getting into lower cabinets and drawers.
Reaching/Stretching -- Frequently, while retrieving notebooks off shelves and items out of file cabinets, while retrieving items from the shelves.
Twisting -- Occasionally, while working at his/her desk while retrieving items in his/her desk, answering the telephone and interacting with customers.
Talking/Hearing -- Continuously in the performance of all facets of the job.
Seeing -- Continuously, in the performance of all facets of the job.
Environmental Conditions -- Most of this position is performed in a heated and air conditioned and well-lit office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
