We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Outbound Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales and business development efforts by reaching out to potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
• Introduce our company's services and value proposition to potential customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Engage in professional and persuasive conversations to generate interest and book appointments with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments scheduled.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an outbound appointment setter or in a similar sales role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills to secure appointments with key decision-makers.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take ownership of individual responsibilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
