Located in Southern California, XVAPE founded by two vape industry engineers around 10 years ago. In 2013, XVAPE was registered as a brand with a full range of portable vaporizers. Our simple goal is to providing customers highest quality vaporizer products at a reasonable cost.

We are looking for a Telephone Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing customer service, and troubleshooting customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to think quickly and effectively in order to resolve customer issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.40 - $22.16 per hour

Experience level:
