Full description of the position

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weekly property visits to ensure policies and procedures are being upheld.
  • Complete weekly reporting of portfolio for ownership.
  • Assist and work with the Vice President and Leadership to understand and execute the current goals and objectives of the assigned portfolio.
  • Responsible for hiring and managing staff within the assigned portfolio.
  • Review and approve payables, receivables, and monthly financial statements.
  • Review all service contracts required for the assigned portfolio.
  • Responsible for creating annual budgets provided to ownership.
  • Other Job Duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in property management.
  • 2+ years managing a multifamily portfolio.
  • Valid Real Estate License required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to multiple communities in a single day.
  • Experience with AppFolio is preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
