Responsibilities

As our ideal Hive candidate, you are organized, driven to tackle the challenge of building, and maintaining trusting relationships in the Hive and the Community. And like us, you are gritty, embrace coaching, innovative, and are culture focused!

• No knocking on doors – just educating and helping customers
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
• Present plan options through a consultative approach based on the customer’s needs and goals
• Exceed established performance goals in sales, call quality, customer satisfaction, adherence, and attendance

Compensation + Benefits

• Earning potential of $45k - $65k+ annually
