Sales Representative

We are looking to fill an immediate opening for an Independent Sales Associate with a passion for preparing, negotiating, and getting new clients for our staffing agency. We are looking for someone with sales experience and we will train the right person for sales in our industry. This is a not a temporay position. This is a permanent position with our staffing company, in-house.

As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, looking for clients through networking and cold calling, and offering outstanding after-sales and support assistance.

Sales Associate Qualifications

· Active listening skills and effective communications strategies

· In house or outside sales experience preferred but will train

· Reliable transportation

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented

· Regularly calls on existing or potential clients

· Effectively manages time and resources to attain results

· Bilingual - English/Spanish

Sales Associate Responsibilities

· One-on-one sales-based interaction with customers

· Develops and maintains strong customer business relationships

· Cold Calling

· Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully maintaining and developing sales

· Develop new accounts through face-to-face and telephone contact with potential customers.

This is not a temporary position it is a permanent position working in a staffing company. It is direct hire, in-house hiring.
