Majestic Aesthetics is looking for a Sales Representative

Majestic Aesthetics, a well-established aesthetic clinic, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Plastic surgery Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on leads in both the Surgery and Medical Aesthetic Practice, performing consultations, and converting inquiries to patients. Ideal candidates must have sales experience performing one-on-one consultations in professional industries such as finance, education, plastic or cosmetic surgery, hair replacement, or other professional settings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous strong sales experience, preferably as an aesthetic patient coordinator in plastic surgery.
• Healthcare/Med Spa experience required: 2 to 3 years
• This is not an entry level position, thus candidates without prior experience will not be considered.
• Highly experienced in proper telephone etiquette to include pleasant greeting, clear speech, inviting tone, and active listening skills.
• Be versed in using email and internet applications; medical scheduling systems; and Microsoft Office
• Proven track record in cosmetic surgery, dermatology or the medical sales industry is helpful.
• Needs to demonstrate ability to engage with patients.
• Detail oriented and with excellent communication skills.
• Provides guidance and acts as liaison between surgeon and surgical results.
• Manage consultation process, scheduling patients for surgery, and completing facility paperwork.
• Must have a professional appearance that represents our upscale practice.
• Needs to participate in practice marketing.
• Review patient’s medications and health history to determine pre-admission testing.
• Schedule appropriate medical and cardiac clearances.
• Collects surgical fees.
• Coordinates with clinical staff to get information for all patients.
• Documents and maintains all correspondence with patients
• Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.
• Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $82,770.00 per year
