We are looking for a Phoenix, AZ based onsite, outgoing relationship manager to foster strong

relationships with one of our key clients. The relationship manager's core responsibilities include seeking

out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable technical advice, helping guide

their decisions, promptly resolving roadblocks, and ensuring client satisfaction

To be successful as a relationship manager you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships

and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that most closely meet their

needs. The person should have executive polish and should be able to forge relationships with the C-

suite and below.

Maintaining a deep knowledge of technical products and services.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.

Identifying clients'; needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.

Upselling and cross-selling our services to clients.

Being responsible for the delivery and work with delivery leadership to ensure success

Ensuring client satisfaction.

Bachelors or related degree

Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.

Experience selling software services

Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - pleasing personality

Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Leadership and team management skills.

Customer-oriented

Background of program/project management will be a plus
