As a National Account Coordinator, you will play a foundational part of the company’s success. You’ll be responsible for supporting retail sales and operations. Your passion for analytics will drive your success as a National Account Coordinator with the Springs’ Retail Marketing Operations team. Your Best Career Experience Responsibilities
You will be responsible for support when it comes to product rollouts, communication internally and externally, tracking merchandising at retail stores through initiatives assigned, analysis, and making sure the information being distributed is accurate. Here’s a bit more about what you can expect your time to look like:
- Assist with product rollouts externally with the Field Sales Reps, Retail Accounts and internally with Retail Project Managers
- Attention to detail to proofing merchandising, marketing materials and communication for accuracy
- Coordinate activities to improve processes between cross functional teams regarding merchandising, promotions, pricing and more
- Provide key communication to sales team and customers to execute initiatives
- Develop processes for planogram trackers for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain data, produce reports, and update initiatives in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Organize mailings across the Retail teams for successful executions in the market
- Coordinate internal administrative processes including maintaining account profile documentation, cross reference tables, and sales coordinating presentation materials
- Work on special projects such as project manager for merchandising development projects

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of work experience required
- Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal
- Motivated and reliable hard worker
- Proficient Microsoft Office - Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Project Management experience preferred
