Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc., has been the industry leader in the manufacture, sales, and rental of concrete forms, equipment, and accessories since 1955. With a seven-acre main headquarters in south St. Louis County, we also have facilities in Jefferson City, Jackson, Wentzville, MO and Troy, IL, giving us the opportunity to provide quality service to all of southern and central Missouri and southwestern and central Illinois.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm CST, Saturday availability

Retail Sales Associate Requirements at Nu Way Concrete:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction retail or rental
• Proven knowledge of construction industry desired

Examples of Retail Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities at Nu Way Concrete:

• Compose and execute rental contracts
• Answering phones, emails, and texts with the ability to respond timely, effectively, and efficiently
• Schedule deliveries and pickups
• Assist customers with sales items daily and provide technical knowledge regarding customer needs
• Be able to work with customers while staying within the guidelines of the rental rates
• Partner through communication with other Nu Way branches

Examples of Retail Sales Associate Computer Skills at Nu Way Concrete:

• Proficient and demonstrable computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel helpful
• Alert and Bistrack or other rental management software preferred
• Basic math skills required
