Responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative?
- The Customer Relationship Manager a part of the TJG Sales Department will call and retain new AEC clients to which The Johnson Group Recruiting Department can provide recruiting and talent acquisition services.
- CRM sets appointments for the CSM ( Client to the CRM's will schedule appointments and do Warm-calling to AEC Industry Firms leads to generate new client business and development of new opportunities for the sales department.
- Management of the sales lead pipeline of potential clients. Calling and scheduling meetings for Client Service Managers
- Build long-term sales pipelines and partnerships with companies.
- Manager Daily and Weekly Sales Key Performance Indicators. And keep track of Sales lead communication.
Compensation and Perks?
Salary: $45K – 50K with the potential to make $110,000.00 per year
- The Johnson Group offers a competitive base salary + Commissions.
- The Johnson Group also provides Performance Based incentives including:
- Activity Bonuses
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Top Performing CRM's will get opportunities to promote to CSM's or MCP's quickly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Degree may be substitute by recruiting industry sales experience (1+ years).
- 1-3 years of sales experience B2B
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated track record of success.
- Self-motivated and determined to succeed.
- Proficient with computers and programs such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Dedicated to reaching goals and a strong work ethic.
