Company: University Automall Location: South Florida About Us: University Automall is excited to expand our Sales Departments with the creation of a state-of-the-art call center. We handle a high volume of inbound and internet inquiries for our three stores, ensuring exceptional service for new and returning clients. Compensation: * Hourly pay: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour * Average monthly earnings: $2,400 - $5,200 * Performance-based bonuses Responsibilities: * Manage inbound and outbound phone calls * Schedule service appointments and follow up on leads * Resolve customer issues and concerns * Direct customers to appropriate departments or employees * Build and maintain relationships with clients * Confirm and reschedule appointments * Regain customer retention * Maintain professional phone etiquette and voice Qualifications: * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus * Prior experience in BDC, automotive service/sales, or customer service is a plus * High-volume call experience * Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills * Detail-oriented with excellent attendance * Professional phone skills and a friendly demeanor Schedule: * Full-time position * Shifts: 8-10 hours * Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed * Holidays and overtime as required Benefits: * Dental, health, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Flexible schedule * Bonus and commission opportunities License/Certification: * Driver's License required We are an equal opportunity employer.
