Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about company’s products and services.
• Drive to other flooring & showroom stores and open an account with them.
• Drive to other flooring & showroom stores, and present our products and give explanations when questions are asked.
• Introduce our products to all customers in store and provide highest level of customer service to them.
• Contact customers and give them update on our products as needed.
• Making calls to reach out for potential partnerships with other companies or contractors.
• Attend industry trade shows.
• Meet sales director and CEO routinely, discussing on adjusting sales strategies to more efficiently populate our brand.
• Have the ability to lift and set up product towers under certain circumstances.
• Be able to speak to a large group of people.
• Be persuasive and charismatic.
• Be committed to you job and your company.

Required Qualifications

• Must be legal to work in the United States
• Have at least 2 years flooring sales experience.
• Speak fluent English. (Bilingual in other languages is preferred)
• Strong customer relations experience.
• Strong listening skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the knowledge of basic computer skills. For example, using Google related tools, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google doc, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Active driver’s license and insurance with a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Seattle, WA 98108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
