The Opportunity

FullBloom is seeking a Sales Support Representative to support Professional Development (PD) Sales and Services and to drive business in the public-school market.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the K-12 education market as well as experience selling to K-12 district and school leaders or supporting sales teams in doing so. The Sales Support Representative will be required to meet quarterly targets related to PD sales initiatives in the public market.

The Responsibilities

The Sales Support Representative of PD Services will…

Sales support

  • Collaborate with PD Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify market opportunities and support the development and execution of territory action plans
  • Participate in regular and recurring pipeline and sales meetings to identify and help pursue PD opportunities
  • Work with Marketing to create and implement national and territory-specific sales campaigns
  • Prepare call lists, scripts, and supporting documents for Inside Sales team
  • Monitor sales cycle and identify opportunities to compress

Sales enablement

  • Identify sales and market trends and share with sales team
  • Build sales enablement plans alongside sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Keep up with new product launches and make sure the sales team is up to date

Data and analytics

  • Utilize Dynamics CRM to track leads and opportunities
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintain an organized and accessible filing and reporting system
  • Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to key stakeholders


  • A Bachelor's degree (education field a plus)
  • Experience in the K-12 education industry
  • A minimum of three years of Sales experience in a goal-oriented environment
  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis
  • Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail
  • Proven success selling or supporting a sales team in meeting set targets
