Alchemy Real Estate is training new and/or experienced real estate brokers to master the art of selling new construction.

We are Seattle’s largest new development firm, and are hiring select agents who have a strong sense of hustle and drive to make a lot of money. Alchemy Real Estate is a private, locally owned real estate firm that has been in business for 20+ years while vertically integrating the full in-fill development process – acquisitions, land use, and brokerage.

We have built a proven, data-driven process that has helped us acquire 1000+ projects and have developed 5000+ units. We are seeking both seasoned agents and new agents alike who are willing to work hard and put forth the effort to learn the Alchemy process, including mentorship with the most successful new construction agents in Seattle..

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
