What you'll be doing:

• Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership

What you'll bring:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
• No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided
• Prior customer service experience is encouraged
• Must have a valid Driver's License, smartphone and reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chicago, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
