We are seeking two Associate Sales Managers to support the launch of Medicare Advantage, and to Support Medicare Supplement/Dental/PDP. You will work closely with our National Sales Directors, Marketers, and Brokers to develop marketing and sales plans and increase overall business.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 plus commission
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Promote and maintain positive relationships with brokerage distribution agencies and resolve any relationship/channel challenges that arise within the brokerage distribution arrangements or across home office divisions.
- Develop, negotiate, implement, and document marketing and activity actions plans for brokerage distribution relationships to impact business results. Monitors business plans and activities to ensure sales objectives are achieved, and implements action when objectives aren’t achieved.
- Directs and coordinates training activities and product sales seminars for brokerage distribution clients.
- Coordinates sales efforts within multiple home office functions including Actuarial, Information Services, Customer Service and Law to ensure commitments made in the brokerage distribution arrangements are delivered. Coordinates marketing and service activities to ensure appropriate material and support functions are developed effectively for distribution.
- Provide input regarding strategic direction and position of brokerage distribution arrangements, making recommendations for modifications as marketplace demands shift.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Minimum of 5 years proven sales success and considerable experience in Life, Health, and Annuity insurance industry.
- Previous training experience.
- Experience in sales and servicing of clients within the financial industry.
- Considerable understanding of various brokerage distribution channels.
- Ability to travel up to 60% is required.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Insurance industry designations.
- Securities Registration (Series 6 & 63 preferred)
