We are a growing insurance agency and are looking to add to our sales team. No prior sales experience is required.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Insurance Service Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with insurance-related inquiries, policy changes, and claim processing. This is a full-time position with great benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment and is extremely detailed. Our focus is customer service. We have over 1100 5 star Google reviews because of this!
We offer great training and a great support system. Pay is base + bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients with insurance-related inquiries, policy changes, and claim processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers to resolve client issues and provide solutions.
- Educate clients on insurance coverage and policy options.
- Prepare and process insurance applications, endorsements, and other related documents.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with insurance products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in insurance customer service or related field a bonus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Must have or be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
