Stevenson Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Ashland, VA team. We are looking for a positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude, someone who is able to be flexible and self-motivated. Time management skills are necessary with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position which requires some light travel. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conceive and produce quality, professional proposals, and follow-ups from start to finish
• Find and track leads for new projects
• Time management skills are necessary with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
• Research, identify and develop relationships with prospective clients
• Attending approved conferences that are industry/service line specific

Required:

• High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Deltek Vision or other CRM
• 2 yrs. experience in Sales and/or Construction
