Tampa Auto Gallery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

· Sales Excellence: Execute the complete sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide personalized attention to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory.

· Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all vehicle models available at Tampa Auto Gallery. We specialize in Lamborghini,Ferrari,Rolls Royce,Bentley,etc...

· Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.

· Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while adhering to company sales policies and procedures. Continuously strive to achieve and surpass set sales quotas.

· Follow-Up: Conduct timely and thorough follow-ups with prospective and existing customers through various communication channels to nurture leads and build rapport.

· Market Research: Stay informed about the local automotive market, pricing trends, and consumer preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively.

· CRM Utilization: Use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads, track sales progress, and generate reports on a regular basis.

Requirements:

· Experience: Proven success in automotive sales, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience at a reputable dealership.

· Automotive Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive brands, models, features, and specifications. Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies is an advantage.

· Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling abilities. Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

· Professionalism: Possess a professional demeanor, maintain a positive attitude, and act with integrity in all interactions.

· Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

· Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and other sales-related software.

· Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for test drives and other off-site sales activities.
