Job description
MME is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced communications professional who understands and possesses 360° marketing skills, focused primarily in below the line communication. Experience in the world of wines & spirits is a plus. Position available to be filled immediately.
Internal Responsibilities: You are experienced with and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a skilled manager, are very organized and can juggle multiple projects and timelines. You are a team player, have strong analytical and communication skills, and take initiative. You write well and possess a great work ethic and professional attitude.
- Supervise junior team members in the execution of client strategy.
- Establish priorities for workflow and deadlines relating to client’s deliverables.
- Manage internal project process from creative briefing to mechanical release.
- Ensure all internal deadlines are being met to achieve client deliverables.
- Mentor and motivate team to achieve individual and collective success.
- Ensure the brand is meeting all client trade marketing deadlines.
- Work with third-party vendors to develop and execute projects.
- Manage on-going financial documents and monthly billing and invoicing.
- Update senior staff regularly.
External Responsibilities: You are outgoing and charismatic providing great client service. You will advise our clients with the best solutions and present great BTL communication ideas. You are always professional, prepared, and represent the best of the agency.
- Build strong client relationships with the Brand Team, Trade Marketing Team and Regional Marketing Teams.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to develop impactful and exciting projects at retail, including consumer-directed communication, merchandising, experiential, etc.
- Manage client expectations by providing clear timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure project progression, budget, and timelines.
- Lead and participate in weekly client statuses.
General
- Work well as part of a team and individually.
- Support overall account team as needed on both brand-specific and ad-hoc projects.
- Be informed and share current consumer beverage trends e.g., brunch, bottle service, cocktail recipes, etc.
- Be informed and integrate innovative technology or trends in creative ideas e.g., VR, AR, Social Filters, etc.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs i.e., Excel, Word, PPT
- Knowledgeable with social media.
- Minimum 3 years of experience required.
- BA or BS degree / Advertising, PR or Communications major preferred.
SALARY
$70,000 - $90,000
