Full description of the position

KangarooHealth, Inc., is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company specializing in Remote Patient Monitoring. We are searching for an experienced inside sales representative to join us in our local office in CA with an immediate start.

This Inside Sales Representative position is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who has at least 4 years of B2B inside sales experience and proven performance record of managing heavy inbound/outbound phone and email contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide and achieving sales goals.

The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sources to identify and collect contact information for international prospects to generate sales leads
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using HubSpot CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources
  • Contact prospects, leads, and clients by telephone and email
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize outbound lead management
  • Communicate our core services and develop solutions for prospect needs
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of all services
  • Follow up with prospects on a regular basis throughout sales cycle
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • 4+ years working in an inside-sales position
  • Ability to work remotely Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:30pm PST
  • Experience with sales in B2B Healthcare sales is a bonus
  • Comfortable cold calling and emailing prospects
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this role is $55,000 with a variable target for an OTE (On target Earnings) of $110,000. We also offer performance-based bonus payments and promotion opportunities.
