Milke’s Manufacturing Jewelers is a leading independent retailer of fine jewelry and watches.

We are growing and are looking for great sales people to join our team. If you enjoy selling jewelry and watches, you will enjoy working at Milke’s Jewelers!

While we hope you enjoy sales and service, it’s okay if you’re not familiar with the jewelry industry yet. We offer plenty of resources for you to learn about and the top selling skills to set you up for long term success.

Key Responsibilites:

• Ability to generate sales to exceed monthly goals
• Ability to work as a team to overcome customers objections
• Go above and beyond to craft an unforgettable customer service
• Educate customer’s on different brands/products
• Ability to work flexible hours

Required Qualifications:

• Sales Experience in any field- minimum of 1 year
• Jewelry experience preferred but not necessary
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven track record of success in sales force
• Superior communication skills
• Highly motivated to help business growth
• Efficient with Microsoft Office and other related programs
• Base Salary + Commission
• Paid Vacation
