As a Solar Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and generate revenue for the company by closing solar energy system deals with potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team and engage in direct selling activities to convert leads into sales. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Meeting with customers in-home
-Door-to-door lead generation/sales
-Identifying specific energy needs of each client
-Preparing and presenting solar designs and programs
-Providing exceptional post-sale customer service
Requirements:
-Strong verbal and digital communication skills
-Desire to learn and grow with a start-up organization
-Positive attitude toward rejection
-Ability to solve problems on the fly
-Resourcefulness in task completion
-Professional appearance
NOTE: We do not require new reps to have 'traditional' sales experience because it often conflicts with our training. Instead, we are looking for someone that is willing to learn quickly and adapt to our techniques. Sales experience can be a benefit for this position, but our main concern is your ability to work hard and have a good attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,860.00 - $270,969.00 per year
