Sales Representative

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand market presence
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage and track sales activities and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Skills:

- Proven experience in technology sales or related field
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales activities
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and understanding of technology products/services
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
