AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Sales Assistant to join our team in Tulsa, OK ! As a sales assistant, your goal is to help our insurance agents continue to grow their books of business - focusing on new business and rounding out existing accounts. No insurance experience? No problem! We provide paid training and have the necessary support staff to ensure you are successful.

To the qualified candidate, we offer:

• A competitive base rate of $16.00 to $19.00 /hour, depending on experience

The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent Assistant are:

• Maintains & builds Agent’s direct prospect pipeline by utilizing company databases.

• Quoting new business proposals for Personal Lines Insurance and Life Insurance customers

• Referring existing clients to Customer Service Centers and following up on inquiries as needed

• Follow-up on outstanding leads generated by Insurance Agent.

• Actively Cross-Sell Home/Auto/Life (if licensed) policies to existing policyholders.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year of experience in P&C insurance preferred, but not required

• 2+ years of experience working in a sales-oriented OR customer service/sales support focused environment

• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License (and Life License, if applicable) within 60 days of hire

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Strong comfortability with learning new computer programs
