Full description of the position

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers in residential areas and set appointments for our sales representatives. You will be representing our company and promoting our products/services directly to homeowners, aiming to generate interest and schedule follow-up meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned territories to initiate contact with homeowners.
  • Present information about our products/services to potential customers and answer their inquiries courteously and professionally.
  • Engage in persuasive communication to pique interest and generate leads for sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointment dates, and customer details in the provided database or CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and continuity in the sales process.
  • Report daily/weekly progress to supervisors and provide feedback on customer responses and preferences.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Follow company guidelines and ethical standards during customer interactions.

Compensation:

  • Hourly base plus weekly bonus plus monthly commission
  • Average earnings for salespeople fall between 36K - 86K/ year
  • Opportunity to advance to team management that earns between $70k and $100k annually.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
  • Persuasive and confident demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods while conducting door-to-door visits.
  • Must have drivers license and reliable transportation to cover assigned territories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
