Builder Blinds of NW Florida is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Pensacola, FL. This is a full-time, entry-level position. As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day marketing and sales efforts of our company. This position requires a proactive individual who is willing to travel around Pensacola and surrounding areas to canvass new developments and neighborhoods.

Job Description:

• Assist with the day-to-day marketing and sales of the company, including identifying potential customers and opportunities in different neighborhoods and developments.
• Travel to various locations in Pensacola and surrounding areas to expand our market presence and build relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media presence.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including but not limited to advertising and promotional materials and presentations.
• Assist in scheduling sales appointments for the sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and website management, especially Facebook, is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with others both inside and outside of the company.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement).
