TITLE: Sales Account Executive

About Advanced Imaging Solutions: AIS is a technology solutions provider that specializes in helping customers simplify their technology processes. We are 25 year old business that is locally/family owned that prides itself on strong customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions; Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Build relationships and sell solutions, services and products to existing and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets to achieve 100-contacts per week.
- Update new business forecast weekly, striving for 100% accuracy.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- Update account records timely through content management software.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Develop, maintain and manage territory.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Work requires local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license at the time of employment.

- Professional mannerism with a positive attitude.
- Must maintain a professional appearance in areas of attire and grooming at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication techniques with the ability to listen attentively.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Proactive sense of urgency to take the initiative and be assertive.
- Able to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.A reliable team player who is flexible and customer-oriented; dedicated, loyal and hard working.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
