Job Experience/Skills:

We’re looking for an experienced sales assistant to help our Sales Team, both our Inside Sales/Booth Specialists and our Sales Director to meet sales goals. You’ll need to be great with technical details and possess a critical sense of accuracy and urgency.

Since 1979, Spray Systems has established itself as a national leader in custom spray booth design, manufacture and installation. Our clientele include Fortune 500 companies, like Collins Aerospace, Boeing, Toro, Thomasville Furniture and others, who require from us custom-designed, environmentally safe enclosures to paint or coat products as small as golf balls to 787 airplanes and everything in between.

Duties to include the following:

• Assist with researching, delivering and following-up on all quotations to convert

customer orders

• Assist with Sales Reporting, from website leads tracking to publishing quote results
• Assist with supporting off-site agency with compiling, developing, and communicating content for website, while meeting project deadlines
• Assist with sales meeting coordination, both virtual and in person with current, past and prospective customers
• Assist with administering our computer selling systems to support inside sales and our distributor team
• 2-3 years sales admin or client service experience
• Technical aptitude, great with details
• Multi-tasker, loves the pressure to deliver
• Great communicator, in person, on the phones, and in writing
• Proven team player and contributor
• Takes initiative, anticipates needs and solves problems
• Command of the computer (Word, excel, Outlook, Internet...)
