Headquartered in Cary, North Carolina and manufacturing LCD backlight assembly and cover lens bonding at our wholly owned factory in Shenzhen, China. LTS supplies custom LCD and PCB solutions for medical equipment, broadcast monitors, cameras, industrial equipment, consumer products and for automotive applications.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is part of a results-driven growing sales team and will be responsible for all the aspects of the sales process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Account Management-
- “Selling” to all levels of major OEM’s: engineering, purchasing, senior management
- “Ownership” of LTS performance to customer demands
- Sales performance of key accounts
- Accurate forecasting
-Business Development-
- Identification of new markets and target customers
- Active, outgoing targeting of potential new customers
- Responsiveness and thorough follow up to new inquiries
- Creative problem solving to customer challenges
- "Quarterback” the LTS team’s response, securing and managing internal and external resources
- Engage social media to promote LTS capabilities
-Sales Team Leadership-
- Active coaching of junior sales members and FAE’s on tactical and strategic issues
- Review and approval of outgoing quotes & proposals
- Active participation in development of company direction: identifying target markets, product roadmaps, development priorities to meet future sales goals
- Management of company sales reporting tools including opportunity tracking & revenue forecasting
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to connect customer needs with company goals
- Self-starter and strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of initiative
- High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
- 5 years sales experience in electronics industry
- Detailed knowledge of display technology
- Must be able to work remotely in the evenings occasionally
