Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, develop insights and create reports that will help drive business decisions. The Business Intelligence Analyst will also work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance datasets using various BI tools to develop insights and recommendations.

· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in an understandable and actionable manner.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

· Monitor and maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all systems and data sources.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with relevant teams to implement changes.

· Assist in developing and implementing strategies and solutions to address the business needs and achieve their objectives.

· Initiate and support the team in preparing and delivering presentations and reports to leadership.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement projects and initiatives.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the BI team is using the most effective tools and techniques.

· Develop and maintain documentation related to BI processes, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau.

• Understanding in SQL and advanced Excel.

• Experience with ETL processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
