Position Summary

· Inside Sales Leader position is responsible for building and energizing a sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, evaluate and set objectives for the territory.

· Create the weekly and daily sales goals for your team.

· Develop new opportunities, evaluate and influence productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of incredible customer service.

· Partner with the Operations team to ensure delivery and customer service expectations are met

· Drive business growth by discovering new opportunities, clients, and customers; consistently reach and exceed sales quotas

· Forge new strategic relationships and having a clear understanding of market dynamics/demands

· Personally handle escalated customer and showroom floor issues that come from the Inside Sales Reps and Gallery Consultant staff

· Assist in implementing sales training, and promotion and reward programs, for associates

Job Requirements

· Requires 0-10% travel

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· 2 to 3 years of management experience

· 7-10+ years’ experience in Sales

· Inside Sales experience in a distribution model highly preferred

· Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to be insured through company insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
