Do you have property management experience with apartments or communities with single family homes? We are looking for an experienced property manager to represent our television, telephone, and Internet products at various properties throughout Jacksonville. As a Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) rep, you will market to new and established tenants. Our products include the best names in the industry - AT&T, DirecTV, T-Mobile, and Brinks.

Many communities are underserved, and people need our services. You will not only market to your current and former properties, but also to other properties. The contacts you have built will be invaluable in your success. Depending on the size of the properties, the MDU rep could manage 10 to 20 properties.

You can succeed, whether you are new to the industry or a veteran sales and marketing expert. We will cater a plan for your success. How much can an MDU Sales Rep make? This is a 1099 commission position. Our average rep on this program produces 10 to 20 accounts a week, resulting in $75,000 to $150,000 per year.
