JOB PURPOSE

Looking for a person to bring enthusiasm, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit to Bell and our customers!

This position is an addition to our staff, we are looking for the person who will spearhead our growth in Lower Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky region.

SCHEDULE

Full-time, exempt, Monday – Friday, with some weekends required

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Executes strategic sales strategies for assigned territory(s) to accomplish goals
  • Travels between 40% - 70% of business days, including some weekends
  • Identify, establish and develop new accounts
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge
  • Represent Company at trade shows, expositions, and industry meetings
  • Services existing accounts, progress quotes, manage customer orders, and establish new accounts
  • Monitors competition, gathers and reports information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintains and submits required records & reports
  • Evaluates results & and makes recommendations for improvements
  • Investigates and resolves customer complaints
  • Support internal and external customers to execute goals
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Direct sales or electric utility experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Windows operation required.
  • Proficient in CRM Microsoft Dynamics is a plus!

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must have the ability to work from home with excellence and motivation.
  • Physically and safely set up and take down tabletop marketing displays.
  • Ability to work under time constraints.
  • Will be regularly required to sit or stand for long hours.
  • Prolonged sitting in a vehicle or by air for hours.
  • Regularly required to lift at least 25 lbs., occasionally required to lift 50 lbs.
