Bon Voyage Travel is currently seeking individuals who are passionate about building dream vacations and establishing relationships. Using your vast product knowledge as a Travel Advisor, you will research, present, confirm, and manage all aspects of the clients travel from initial request to completion. The Travel Advisor is responsible for making professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for clients within the company guidelines and standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
Plan, describe, and sell complete travel arrangements for the client.
Follows company standards to provide best in class customer service.
Creates customer profiles.
Prepare and distribute clients' travel documents.
Use proactive sales outbound calls to help generate business.
Develop relationships with clients to create return business and secure new business.
Stay abreast of all industry requirements and accurately apply this information.
Research and provide solutions/alternatives for customer travel.
Maintain a working knowledge of and use of CRM technology.
Maintains high level of competency, initiative, confidentiality and professional demeanor.
Participates fully as a team member in completing all functions related to servicing the client.

Understanding of computer reservation programs (GDS), such as SABRE, is a plus.
Experience with consultative sales and relationship building.
