Role: Sales Associate – Store Based

Location: Villages at Meridian, Meridian, Idaho

Hours: Variable

Job Type: Both Full Time and Part Time, permanent

Reporting into the Store Manager, your role is focused on providing the best possible service to our customers, in store and by supporting online customer queries during quieter times in-store.

Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to:

• Provide expert product advice to in-store and online customers
• Deal with queries, returns and complaints, both instore and online
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the store
• Help with merchandising the store (e.g. setting up the space for a new ‘sale’ or product launch)
• Be creative in finding ways to go above and beyond to help our customers

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following relevant experience:

• Previous experience in a premium or outdoors retail setting
• A passion for running, hiking or fitness
