Salesforce Test Manager – Service and Sales Cloud
Roles and Responsibilities

10+ years of working Experience with Salesforce - Service & Sales Cloud

Working with Automation of Salesforce application, ACCELQ , TOSCA or similar tool experience

Assignment Rules, Omni Channel experience.

Working knowledge of Salesforce security model, SOQLs & workbench.

Familiarity with QA methodologies and processes

Experience Managing small team.

Experience working in an agile environment.

Integration/Data validation experience is a huge plus.

Excellent written and verbal skills should be able to articulate his/her point to the team & Client.

Testing APIs, CTI will be added advantage.
