Account Manager/Dispatcher

Full-time Account Manager/Dispatcher opportunity available at our Taunton Terminal.

Hours:

• Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• During the 4thquarter, some weekend hours required.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones professionally
• Coordinate routes with drivers and customers
• Build existing routes for drivers and print paperwork
• Data entry
• Assist clients
• Track deliveries

Requirements:

• Candidate will need to become an expert on company’s proprietary software.
• 3+ years working in an office environment with dispatch responsibilities.
• Transportation background is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to get to work on time.
• Candidate will need to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
