What will your role be?
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll strive to always deliver a 5-star experience, serving our client's needs and providing solutions based on those needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Converting inquiries into sales, turning potential customers into loyal clients.
- Efficiently allocating clients to onsite or remote support using our dispatch procedure.
- Managing customer check-in and check-out at our retail locations.
- Selling appropriate solutions to meet customer needs, including screen protectors, protection plans, solid-state drives, RAM, onsite services, etc.
- Building relationships with local organizations through referral visits.
- Following up with prospective clients who have requested quotes and information.
- Utilizing online platforms to promote and sell electronic devices.
- Resolving customer complaints in collaboration with the team.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Performing other assigned duties as required.
What do you need?
- High emotional intelligence, humility, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- A genuine passion for Sales and Customer Service.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid Driver’s License to ensure reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous customer service and sales experience (minimum 1 year) is preferred.
